Here we go into more advanced skills. Participants need to
have either taken the level 1 class, or have a fair amount of experience
through their own "trial and error". Participants must be able to
navigate easily class 2-3 on a paddleboard, make basic eddy turns and have the
subtleties of on-board balance and rapid running skills relatively well
mastered. We will explore in this more advanced skills needed for advanced
river running, eddy catching, boofing (waterfalls and drops). Cross stepping
eddy turns, cross bow paddling and ferrying, and the various fine tuned skills
required to take SUP into class 3+ and even 4+ are worked on in this class.WELCOME KAYAKERS ON ALPIN ACTION TEAM BLOG
