Hello
kayaker lovers. I want to invite you in
a new kayak destination.
It’s a
coastal town in south Albania named Saranda.
The city is
known for its scenery, culture, friendly people, blue deep waters and the
magnificent beaches.
Despite
those Saranda offers the opportunity to all adventurous paddlers to explore the
beauty of the Ionian Sea by kayak,venture into
the hidden caves and the white beaches.

Back from Corfu Island, Greece.
Moreover if
you are lucky you will paddle with the dolphins making your experience
unforgettable.
If you are
interesting too to visit the lake or the rivers near the city you can easily do
it because they are only a few minutes away.

Albania’s famous Blue Eye (Syri i kaltër) is a water spring just a few minutes driving from Saranda.

Lake Butrint (Liqeni i Butrintit) is a salt lagoon south of Saranda, located in direct proximity of the Ionian Sea
It is surrounded by dense forested hills, rocky coast and complemented by saltwater and freshwater marshlands.
Butrint (Latin: Buthrōtum; from Ancient Greek: Βουθρωτόν, romanized: Bouthrōtón) was an ancient Greek and later Roman city and bishopric in Epirus.
Saranda is also famous for great food.
